EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We will happily exchange any product(s) that you’re not 100% satisfied with. To request an exchange, make sure you contact us within 30 days from your purchase date, and let us know which product(s) you’d like to exchange your order for. If the new item(s) are of a different price, we’ll either make arrangements to refund you the difference or provide you with an easy way to pay the extra cost. We’ll then give you an address to ship your returned order to.
For the exchange to be processed please follow these 3 simple steps:
1. The flask must be unused and in brand new condition.
2. The flask is in its original packaging.
3. The flask must be returned to us within 30 days.
We cannot cover your cost of postage for returning the items to us, but we can offer free shipping for your replacement item. As soon as we’ve received your returned order and checked it, we’ll immediately send your replacement order to you.
Please note: Sale items are unable to be returned for a refund but may be exchanged for a fee.
We want to make sure you’re happy with your product; this includes the condition you receive it in and the process in which it arrives at your door. If you’re unhappy with any part of this, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team. To request a refund, make sure you contact us within 30 days from your purchase date. We will then provide you with an address to return your order to.
For a refund to be processed, your products must follow the three-step exchange/return policy listed above. We do not cover postage costs for returning your items. As soon as we’ve received your returned order and checked it out, we’ll issue a full refund for the product price. Shipping is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout.
Once we’ve received your flask, refunds are processed within 24 hours. It may take up to 7 working days before you receive the funds back, however this depends on the payment type used at checkout (typically PayPal refunds happen very quickly, and credit card refunds take 5-7 business days). There are no restocking fees.
As soon as we receive your flask (and any additional payment if required), your replacement will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days.
